Overview
ChatinFlow is a multi-channel messaging workspace. You sign up with email, verify your address, create a workspace, connect channels, then run automations and Inbox conversations from one dashboard.
What is live today
Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, Telegram, SMS, and Email; visual automations and templates; shared Inbox; Audience (contacts, tags, segments); broadcasts; giveaways; AI prompts with optional BYOK; analytics with CSV export on advanced plans; team invites; Workbench audit export; Flow wallet and Paddle billing; community spaces; support tickets; and free tools.
First-run checklist
Create and verify your account
Register with email and password, then complete email verification. Password reset and MFA are available under Settings → Security.
Create a workspace
Name your workspace and continue into the dashboard. Billing, Flow balance, and usage are scoped per workspace.
Connect a channel
Open Channels and connect Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, Telegram, SMS, or Email.
Publish an automation or reply in Inbox
Use Automations (or a template) for triggered journeys, or open Inbox to reply, assign, and archive conversations.
Not available yet
- Social login (Google / Facebook)
- Native App Store OAuth integrations (Shopify, HubSpot, Zapier apps)
- Additional social channels such as X or YouTube
