Give people a reason to comment, then answer every comment in the DMs within seconds. Organic reach becomes leads at the moment a passive viewer takes one small action.
The three entry points that produce volume without spend:
- Comment keywords. The caption asks for one word, the automation replies privately with the thing. This is the highest volume pattern because commenting is cheaper for the viewer than tapping a bio link.
- Story stickers. A question or poll answer arrives as a DM, which means the conversation is already open and you can respond with something specific to what they picked.
- Mentions. Someone tagging you in their story is the warmest signal you get, and a flow can thank them and offer the next step without you seeing it first.
What changes the numbers more than the flow does:
- Ask for one word, not a sentence. Every extra character loses people.
- Say what they will get, specifically. "The guide" gets fewer comments than "the 12 captions we used last month".
- Tell them to check their requests folder in the public reply, because non followers receive your DM there.
- Deliver immediately. A reply that takes six hours arrives after the interest is gone.
The thing nobody mentions: the offer matters more than the automation. A well built flow attached to something nobody wants produces a well measured zero.
