Overview
Telegram connects via a bot token. Once linked under Channels, inbound messages appear in Inbox and can trigger automations.

Create a bot
Use BotFather in Telegram to create a bot and copy the token.

Paste in Channels
Dashboard → Channels → Telegram → add the bot token.

Test
Message the bot and confirm the conversation appears in Inbox.
