Invite users by email and assign Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer access.

Owner
Full access including billing and workspace ownership.
Admin
Manage most workspace resources; billing ownership stays with Owner.
Member
Day-to-day work on assigned surfaces (inbox, automations, etc. per policy).
Viewer
Read-only access.

No Editor role

ChatinFlow uses Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer. There is no separate Editor role, and team groups are not available yet. Seat limits follow your plan.

Invite flow

Open Team

Dashboard → Team.

Send invite

Enter the teammate’s email and choose a role.

Accept

They receive an email invite, create or sign in to an account, and join the workspace.
