Overview
Dashboard → Analytics shows aggregated metrics for messages, conversations, contacts, automations, broadcasts, and AI usage/cost. Use date filters and breakdowns by channel, automation, or time-of-day. Advanced analytics and CSV export follow your plan entitlements.
CSV export
When your plan includes advanced analytics, export reports as CSV from the analytics surface. Otherwise upgrade or use the API with a personal access token.
