Our Instagram token expired while I was away. I reconnected it the same day but the automations still are not sending and nothing in the flow looks wrong. Is there a second thing to switch back on?
Broadcast to a segment of 4,100 contacts, delivered count came back as 260. No error anywhere. I expected some failures but not that ratio, so I assume I am misunderstanding something fundamental.
The flow asks a question, the person answers, and nothing happens. I can see their reply in the inbox. The run just sits there and the next message never sends.
