Overview
TikTok connects through OAuth from Dashboard → Channels. After connect, inbound messages feed Inbox and can trigger automations. Messaging windows and provider rules still apply: ChatinFlow surfaces when free-form replies are allowed.
Permission health
If TikTok scopes are revoked or expire, Channels shows a health state and a reauth path so automations do not fail silently.
Connect

Open Channels
Dashboard → Channels → TikTok.

Authorize TikTok
Complete the OAuth flow and grant the messaging permissions requested on screen.

Confirm
When status is connected, open Inbox or attach TikTok to an automation trigger.
