A sequence is a list of steps with a wait before each one, and every step is a flow. A Subscribe step in any flow adds the person, nothing is sent until the first wait is over, and subscribing twice changes nothing. Steps go out during your business hours, a person can leave with STOP or a flow step, and rules can start when someone joins, leaves or finishes. Each step follows its channel's rules, so on WhatsApp a step after 24 hours is a Meta-approved template.
Someone writes START and the lessons arrive one morning at a time.
Unsubscribe words end the sequence and cancel everything still waiting.
