Coming from another tool where our comment automation posted a visible reply under every comment. I have the DM working here but I cannot find the step that posts the public one. Is it hidden somewhere or does it depend on the channel?
We sell during Instagram Lives and the comments move too fast to read. Half of them are just asking the price. Can an automation answer those while we keep talking?
I built a three step flow: reply, then wait two days, then a nudge with a discount. The first message goes out fine and the nudge never arrives. The run shows as failed but I cannot work out what I did wrong in the graph.

People tag us in their stories a lot and we only see it hours later when someone checks the inbox. Is there a trigger for that, and does it work the same as a normal DM?

We run a giveaway every month and most of the people who comment are not following us. Our agency says we can just DM the whole list afterwards and I am fairly sure that is not true. Can someone confirm what is actually allowed?
