We want the bot to answer the first two questions and then get out of the way when someone asks for a person. Right now it keeps replying over the top of my colleague and it looks terrible.
Our Facebook comment flow sends the DM correctly but never posts the public reply, while the identical Instagram flow does both. Same steps, same keywords. Is this a configuration mistake on my side?
Coming from another tool where our comment automation posted a visible reply under every comment. I have the DM working here but I cannot find the step that posts the public one. Is it hidden somewhere or does it depend on the channel?
