We got a template rejected and now I am not sure when we even need one. Inside the conversation everything sends fine, so is the template only for the first message or for anything after a certain point?

I built a three step flow: reply, then wait two days, then a nudge with a discount. The first message goes out fine and the nudge never arrives. The run shows as failed but I cannot work out what I did wrong in the graph.
