Channel permission health and reauth nudges (3.14.0)

1 رد27 مشاهدة

Shipped in 3.14.0. Channels now track their own permission health, and you get told when a channel needs reconnecting rather than finding out from a customer who never got a reply.

What is new:

  • Each connected channel records which scopes were granted and which are

missing, so a permission removed on the platform side is visible immediately.

  • A channel whose token is revoked or expired moves to a needs reconnecting

state with a prominent action, rather than failing sends quietly.

  • Workspace owners and admins are notified when a channel is blocked by the

platform or goes into cooldown, with the reason.

Why this matters more than it sounds: the most expensive failure in this product is silence. A broken flow that throws errors gets fixed the same day. A channel that stopped sending looks exactly like a quiet week.

The full changelog is at /changelog. If a channel of yours has been quiet, the Channels page is now the first place to look rather than the last.

The missing scopes list is the useful part. We found one we did not know we had lost.
