How do you run an Instagram giveaway without picking winners by hand?

Our last giveaway took an evening to sort out and then someone in the comments said we picked a friend. I want the draw to be something I can defend. How do people set this up?

How do you deliver a lead magnet from a Reel comment?

Our Reel is doing well and the caption says to comment GUIDE for the PDF. Right now I am sending them by hand and I am about two hundred behind. How is this normally automated end to end?

Does Telegram have a 24-hour messaging window?

Moving a multi day onboarding sequence from Instagram to Telegram because the Instagram one kept failing on the later steps. Before I rebuild it, does Telegram have the same 24 hour restriction?
