Our Facebook comment flow sends the DM correctly but never posts the public reply, while the identical Instagram flow does both. Same steps, same keywords. Is this a configuration mistake on my side?

We ran a launch where people comment a word to get the link. Now the same automation is replying to comments on unrelated posts because people use that word normally. How do you scope a comment automation to one post?

I keep seeing accounts where you comment a word and instantly get a DM with a link. I have my account connected but I cannot work out which trigger does that. Is it the DM trigger or the comment trigger?
