Can you reply publicly to a Facebook Page comment automatically?

Our Facebook comment flow sends the DM correctly but never posts the public reply, while the identical Instagram flow does both. Same steps, same keywords. Is this a configuration mistake on my side?

How do you auto reply to Instagram story replies?

We put a poll and a question sticker on stories and get a lot of replies, but they land in the DM inbox mixed with everything else. Can you auto reply to a story reply specifically, or is it just a normal DM?
