Most of our DMs arrive between ten at night and two in the morning and we answer them at nine the next day. By then half of them have gone quiet. What do people do about the overnight gap?

We post three or four times a week and the DMs all land in one inbox. At the end of the month I can say we got leads but not from what. How do people attribute a DM lead back to the post?
Our last giveaway took an evening to sort out and then someone in the comments said we picked a friend. I want the draw to be something I can defend. How do people set this up?

We are a salon and every appointment starts as an Instagram DM asking "do you have anything Saturday". Answering takes all day. Can the DM offer real times and actually book them?

We lose people between the DM and the website. They ask about a product, we send a link, and that is the last we hear. Is there a way to actually take the payment inside the conversation?
We have no ad budget this quarter but decent organic reach. Most of that reach does nothing because people watch and scroll. What actually turns organic Instagram reach into DM leads?

We sell skincare and people do not know which set to buy. A short quiz in the DM that ends with a recommendation would save us a lot of typing. How is that put together, and does it need AI?
We want a different first reply for someone who has never messaged us before, and the normal flow for everyone else. Is there a first time DM trigger, or do you do it with tags?
Most of our customers prefer WhatsApp and the Instagram window keeps closing on us. Is there a clean way to move someone from an Instagram DM to WhatsApp without asking them to search for our number?
About half the people who get our link never answer the next message. I want to send one nudge a day later. Is that allowed, and how do you build it without messaging the people who did reply?

We sell two very different packages and the DM link goes to a page with both, which confuses people. I want to ask one question first and send the right link. How do you branch a DM flow on the answer?
Black Friday is coming and we want to post "comment SAVE for the code". I can build the reply, but I do not know how to stop the same person getting the code five times, or how to see how many codes actually went out.

We ran a launch where people comment a word to get the link. Now the same automation is replying to comments on unrelated posts because people use that word normally. How do you scope a comment automation to one post?

I am a coach and every enquiry turns into eight messages before we find a time. I would like the DM to end with a slot booked. Is that one flow or do I need a separate scheduling tool?
Elise M. ·
We put a poll and a question sticker on stories and get a lot of replies, but they land in the DM inbox mixed with everything else. Can you auto reply to a story reply specifically, or is it just a normal DM?
Our Reel is doing well and the caption says to comment GUIDE for the PDF. Right now I am sending them by hand and I am about two hundred behind. How is this normally automated end to end?
Paula H. ·
I want the link to my booking page to go out automatically when someone asks. Do you paste the URL into the message, or is there a proper way to send a link in an Instagram DM?
Lucía G. ·
I keep seeing accounts where you comment a word and instantly get a DM with a link. I have my account connected but I cannot work out which trigger does that. Is it the DM trigger or the comment trigger?
