Do I need a landing page to collect leads?

No. The questions happen in the conversation and the answers are saved on the contact. You can still send a link to a page when you want to.

Which channels can start a lead flow?

Instagram and Messenger comments and messages, ads that open a conversation, your site chat and site forms, and Telegram. Instagram and Messenger start working once your account is connected.

What happens when someone types an invalid email?

The step asks again. If a question is optional, you can let people skip it and keep going.

Can leads go straight to my CRM?

Yes. HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and Kit connect with your own API key, and a signed webhook can send each new lead to anything else, including Zapier and Make.

Can I see which post brings the most leads?

Each flow shows how many people got, read and clicked every step, and each growth link counts its contacts, new contacts, buyers and revenue.

Every comment is a lead waiting to be asked.

Someone comments on your post, replies to a story or taps your ad. Instead of a like and a scroll, they get a DM with what they asked for, two quick questions and a friendly second try when an email has a typo. The answers land on the contact, ready for your CRM.

In short

How does lead generation in the DMs work?

A comment keyword, a story reply, an ad that opens a chat or a link starts a conversation. The flow sends the freebie or the price, asks for an email and a phone number one question at a time, checks the format and asks again when it is wrong, then tags the contact and sends it to your CRM or email tool. You write the questions once, and every conversation after that runs on its own.

Choose a post, a story, an ad or a link, and the word people send.
2
Write the questions
Ask for an email and a phone number, one at a time, with a fallback name so the greeting never reads empty.
3
Decide where leads go
Tag them, score them with a rule and connect your CRM or email tool with your own key.
4
Publish and read each step
The canvas shows how many people got, read and clicked every step, so you can see where they stop.
