Which channels does ChatinFlow support?

Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, Telegram, SMS, and Email. X, YouTube, and other social channels are not available yet.

What roles can I assign to teammates?

Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer. There is no Editor role. Team groups are not available yet: invite people individually from Dashboard → Team. Seat limits follow your plan.

How does billing work?

Workspace subscriptions are billed through Paddle in USD. Manage plans, invoices, payment methods, and usage under Settings → Billing. Flow wallet packs cover metered usage and overage. For refunds, use Dashboard → Support or email support@chatinflow.com.

How do I secure my account?

Accepted Answer

Verify your email after signup, enable MFA under Settings → Security, revoke sessions you do not recognize, and use the password-reset flow if you lose access. Social login (Google/Facebook) is not available yet.

What is Workbench vs Analytics?

Accepted Answer

Analytics shows aggregated messaging and usage metrics, with CSV export on plans that include advanced analytics. Workbench is the audit export/review surface for workspace activity, not a live stream or system log viewer.

Can I connect Shopify, HubSpot, or Zapier?

Native OAuth App Store integrations are not live. Use personal access tokens under Settings → Developers and the public API (/docs) for custom integrations.

What Inbox actions are available?

Reply, assign, archive, labels, quick replies, and AI suggest-reply (plan + key gated) across connected channels. Star, snooze, and attachments are not available yet.

How do I get support?

Use Dashboard → Support for private tickets, the header Help button for Live Help topics, public Community spaces for Q&A, or email support@chatinflow.com. Priority support unlocks the fuller Live Help experience on higher plans.
