Can someone get two codes by asking twice?

No. Asking again returns the same code. A new code goes only to a new person.

What happens when the code list is empty?

The flow takes its "No codes left" path with the message you wrote, and your team was already told when the list ran low.

Does someone keep their spot if they come back?

Yes. A person who already took a spot keeps it and goes on, they are not counted twice.

Can I use codes from my store?

Yes. Create unique codes in your store or booking system and upload them as a list. ChatinFlow hands them out; your store checks them at checkout.

Which channels can it run on?

Any channel a flow runs on: Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram and your website chat.

One code each, twelve places, no spreadsheet.

A discount code that gets screenshotted and shared, a workshop with more sign-ups than seats. ChatinFlow gives every person their own code from your list and closes a list the moment its last place is taken.

In short

How do one-time codes and limited spots work?

Upload a list of codes and the Give a code step hands each person a different one; someone who asks again gets the same code, and when the list runs out the flow takes a "No codes left" path. Limited spots works the same way for places: the first people to reach the step take a spot and go on, everyone after that follows the "Full" path, and your team hears at 90% and when it is full.

Codes: Each one given once, the same one if asked again
Places: Taken in order, with a "Full" path after the last one
Warns: When codes run low and when places reach 90%

A code for every comment,
never the same one twice.

People comment on the post and get their own code in a DM. A second comment from the same person brings back the same code, so nobody collects a handful.

The last place goes,
the waitlist starts.

A workshop with twelve seats stops taking sign-ups at twelve. Everyone after that is offered the waitlist and tagged, so you can message them first when a place opens.

Before

Before ChatinFlow:

One code for everyone

A single discount code shared in group chats.

Sign-ups counted by hand in a spreadsheet.

More people booked than places available.

Apologies sent to people who were told yes.

No idea how many codes are left.

After

After ChatinFlow:

A code for each person

Each person gets their own code.

Places counted as people arrive.

A list that closes at its real size.

A waitlist instead of an apology.

An alert before the codes run out.
