Can I send the launch announcement on WhatsApp?

Yes, as an approved WhatsApp template. Outside the 24-hour window WhatsApp only allows templates, and ChatinFlow checks that before it sends.

Will everyone get the message at the same second?

Not unless you want that. Broadcasts can go out at each contact's local time and wait out the quiet hours you set.

What if two automations listen for the same word?

Only one answers each message: the most specific one wins, and the builder warns you when two published flows use the same keyword.

Can I collect a waitlist before the product exists?

Yes. A keyword tags people into a segment. On launch day that segment is your audience.

Can I see what the launch sold?

Delivered broadcasts and flow messages are credited in sales attribution, and the ROI report compares revenue with what you spent.

Launch day without the chaos in your inbox.

The waitlist fills from comments before the drop. On the day, the announcement reaches each person at their own local time, live comments turn into DMs, and every "is it live yet?" gets the link the second it arrives.

In short

How do you run a product launch in the DMs?

Before the launch, a keyword on your teaser posts adds people to a waitlist segment. On launch day, a broadcast goes to that segment at each person's local time and waits out your quiet hours, and anyone who comments the keyword gets the link in a DM. Each message gets one answer from the most specific automation, and a teammate can take over any conversation from the shared inbox.
