Create the chat window in ChatinFlow, list the sites it may run on and paste the one line of code it gives you. The window takes your name, greeting, color and side of the screen, and can offer up to four of your other channels, such as WhatsApp or Instagram. Visitors' messages start your flows and land in the same inbox as every other channel. A message reaches a visitor only while they are on your site, so the window is for answering, not for campaigns.
A visitor asks about a product while browsing. The flow answers with a card that has a picture and a button to the page, then offers the next questions as taps instead of a form.
Outside your business hours the flow says when the team is back and asks for an email, so the quote can go out first thing in the morning instead of the visitor leaving with nothing.
In Settings, Channels, Website chat, choose the name, greeting, color and side of the screen.
Add the domains the window may run on; it stays silent anywhere else.
Copy the line of code into your site's pages, or into its header through your site builder.
Add a welcome, your common questions and opening hours, or reuse the flows you run on Instagram.
More messages, less mess.
