01Section

In short

  • 14-day refund as Flow credit. Within 14 days of any payment for a monthly or yearly plan, including a renewal, you can ask for that payment back without giving a reason. We credit it to your workspace as Flow, which pays for any plan, renewal or usage.
  • Money back where the law gives you that right. Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and processes every order. If the law entitles you to cancel and get your money back, for example as a consumer in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, Paddle refunds it to the payment method you paid with.
  • You can cancel at any time under Settings, Billing. You are not charged again, and paid features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for.
02Section

How to ask for a refund

  • In billing settings. The account owner opens Settings, Billing, picks the payment and asks for a refund. Once we approve it, the Flow is in your workspace balance.
  • By email. Write to support@chatinflow.com from the account owner's address with the invoice number, or the date and amount of the payment.
  • Through Paddle. For a refund the law entitles you to, go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you paid with, or reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you.
03Section

What a refund covers

  • Plan payments. Within 14 days, the full amount of that payment, including yearly plans and renewals. When we refund the payment for your current period, that paid period ends: the workspace moves to the Free plan and your content stays. Cancel the plan too if you do not want it to renew.
  • Flow top-ups. Flow you top up stays in your workspace and does not expire while the workspace exists. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a top-up, the Flow from it that you have not used is refunded to your payment method through Paddle.
  • Usage beyond your plan. These charges pay for messages and usage already delivered, so they are refunded when they were charged in error.

About Flow credit

Flow is prepaid credit for the Services: 1 Flow is worth US$1. Flow from a refund works like any other Flow: it pays for plans, renewals, top-ups and usage, it stays with the workspace, and it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash later.

05Section

Payments taken in error

Duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled, and wrong amounts are refunded in full to your payment method whenever you or we notice them, even after 14 days.

06Section

After 14 days

After 14 days, a payment is not refunded because you changed your mind. You can still cancel at any time, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Our Terms of Service also give refunds for the unused period when we remove a paid feature you use or end the Services for convenience.

07Section

How long it takes

  • Flow credit appears in your workspace as soon as we approve the request.
  • A refund to your payment method is issued by Paddle, usually within a few days. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days more to show it. It is made in the currency you paid in, including any sales tax or VAT charged on that payment.
08Section

Bank disputes

If something looks wrong with a charge, contact us or Paddle first. We can usually fix it within days, while a dispute through your bank often takes weeks.
