Create a bot with BotFather, paste its token into ChatinFlow, and the webhook is set up for you. From then on every message to your bot can start a flow: a menu with buttons, questions that save answers, a booking, a one-time code or an AI reply on your own key, with your team taking over in the shared inbox. Telegram lets a bot write to anyone who started it, so broadcasts and drip sequences need no templates, and start links tell you which post or ad brought each person.
Someone opens your bot and taps their way from a menu to a free slot. The booking lands in your calendar and the reminder goes out the evening before, without a person typing anything.
On Telegram your bot can write to everyone who ever started it, so an announcement goes out as plain text with no template approval. A reply of YES saves a place until the course is full.
Put a t.me link with its own code under a reel, in an ad or on a flyer. When someone opens the bot from it, the flow knows where they came from and can greet them with the offer from that post.
Open BotFather in Telegram, send /newbot, choose a name and copy the token it gives you.
In Settings, Channels, Telegram, paste the token; ChatinFlow registers the webhook for you.
Start from a template or the quick builder: a welcome menu, a booking or a keyword reply.
Put your t.me link in your bio, on your site and under posts, with a start code for each.
More messages, less mess.
