How many DMs can ChatinFlow send?

Your plan sets how many conversations a month are included, and extra ones are billed at a fixed rate. Automations also cap how often one person gets a message, so a busy post never floods anyone.

On every paid plan, with your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Azure key. You add your website or PDFs as sources and set a daily and monthly limit on the key.

Can my team share the inbox?

Yes. Every plan has a shared inbox with seats that grow with the plan, roles that limit what each person can change, assignment and internal notes.

Does ChatinFlow automate WhatsApp?

Yes, on paid plans through your own Meta app. Meta bills the WhatsApp messages to your account directly and ChatinFlow adds nothing on top.

Which one fits

An honest answer,
both ways.

InstantDM is the better pick when

You are one creator with one Instagram account and want unlimited DMs at a single flat price.
Your audience lives on Instagram and Facebook, and WhatsApp is not part of the plan.
You want creator features such as Instagram Live triggers and boosted Reels in the same tool.

ChatinFlow fits better when

You are a business, and customers write on WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or your website as well as Instagram.
Several people answer the chats, and each needs the right access.
You want bookings, a sales pipeline, satisfaction surveys or Shopify carts next to your flows.
