Can ChatinFlow send a link when someone comments?

Yes. A comment with your keyword gets a private reply with the link in their DMs and, if you want, a public reply under the comment. Meta allows one private reply per comment, within seven days of it.

Is the public reply under the comment free?

Yes, comment to DM with the public reply works on the free plan, on one channel other than WhatsApp.

How do the two count usage?

LinkDM counts the DMs you send each month. ChatinFlow counts one conversation per person, channel and day, only when it sends something, so several messages with the same person on the same day count once.

Can I manage several Instagram accounts?

Yes. Each account or client gets its own workspace, all reachable from one login, and a setup can be copied from one workspace to the next.

Where do the LinkDM facts come from?

A LinkDM alternative when DMs turn into customers.

LinkDM is a focused tool for sending links from Instagram comments and stories. ChatinFlow starts there too, then keeps the conversation going on WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber, with a team inbox, bookings and AI. Here is when each one fits.

In short

How is ChatinFlow different from LinkDM?

LinkDM automates Instagram and Facebook DMs and story replies, and sells plans by a monthly allowance of DMs per Instagram account; comment auto-replies and flows come with its Pro plan. ChatinFlow covers the same comment and story automation, then adds WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and website chat, a shared inbox for your team, bookings and a sales pipeline, and bills by conversations instead of DMs sent.

LinkDM focuses on: Links in Instagram and Facebook DMs
ChatinFlow adds: WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, a team inbox and bookings

Which one fits

An honest answer,
both ways.

LinkDM is the better pick when

You are a creator who only needs links sent from Instagram comments and stories, and nothing after that.
You want a fixed monthly allowance of DMs per Instagram account and know roughly how many you send.
You use features built for creators, such as Instagram Live replies and a DM planner.

ChatinFlow fits better when

The DM is the start of a sale or a booking, and you want the next steps in the same flow.
Customers also reach you on WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or your website.
A team answers the messages a flow cannot, from one inbox with roles.
