Overview
Messenger uses the same Meta connection model as Instagram. Connect the Facebook Page that owns your Messenger inbox, then manage threads from Dashboard → Inbox.
Setup

Open Channels
Dashboard → Channels → Messenger.

Authorize
Sign in with Meta and grant Page messaging permissions.

Test
Send a test message to the Page and confirm it appears in Inbox.
