SMS and Email are written into ChatinFlow and waiting on provider review. Until review ends, Channels shows them as waiting and does not connect them. To reach people today, use WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or the chat on your website.

- Respect local messaging consent and opt-out rules for SMS.
- Email deliverability depends on verified sending domains and provider settings.
