Overview
Workspace subscriptions run through Paddle in USD. Plans gate features (broadcasts, AI, giveaways, advanced analytics, audit export, API access, priority support) and gauges (seats, channels, workspaces, published automations, conversations). Open Dashboard → Settings → Billing for plan, usage, checkout, and the customer portal.
Common tasks
- Upgrade or change plan via Paddle checkout (signed-in or claimable guest session)
- Open the billing portal for payment methods and invoices
- Review entitlement gauges and conversation meters
- Top up Flow credits when usage draws from the wallet (see Flow wallet article)
- Email [email protected] or open Dashboard → Support for refund questions

ChatinFlow billing here is for your ChatinFlow plan and Flow packs, not a sell-flow processor for your own storefront products.
