Overview
The Flow wallet holds credits used for metered usage such as billable conversations and AI activity beyond plan allowances (per your overage policy). Balance changes appear as ledger entries. In-flight usage can place a hold that is later captured or released so the balance stays accurate.
Low balance
When credits run low, the product surfaces a low-balance signal with a path to top up. Prefer topping up before campaigns or heavy AI days.
Top up
Open Billing
Dashboard → Settings → Billing (or the wallet / balance entry in the shell).
Choose a Flow pack
Pick a one-time pack and complete Paddle checkout.
Confirm credit
After payment, the ledger credits your workspace and realtime balance updates refresh in the UI.
