Overview
Broadcasts send a message to a selected audience on a connected channel account. Audience membership is materialized when the broadcast runs so segments stay accurate. You can send now, schedule, pause, or cancel. Delivery counts show sent, failed, and skipped contacts.
Channel rules
Telegram sends to everyone who has started a chat with your bot. WhatsApp free-text works only inside the 24h customer service window; outside it, use Meta-approved templates configured on your Business account. Instagram and Messenger require an open messaging window; contacts outside the window are skipped. Viber, website chat and Threads are not broadcast channels; SMS, Email and X are waiting on provider review.

Sending limits and spam protection
Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp restrict accounts that send like spammers. To protect yours, ChatinFlow watches how much and how fast your workspace sends. Only what your workspace sends counts: what your contacts send never puts your workspace at risk.
First sign
You get a warning.
If it continues
Sending is slowed to 20 messages a minute for an hour.
Next
Sending pauses for 24 hours.
Last
Sending pauses until a person on our team has reviewed it. There is no automatic ban.
Sending limits by plan
These limits move between half and double depending on your workspace's track record. Signals from the last 7 days count in full; older ones, up to 30 days, count half.
Broadcasts have their own guard: if more than 5% of recipients reply STOP (counted after the first 100 sends), the broadcast stops and new broadcasts wait 24 hours.
What you see
Owners and admins get a notice at each step. If sending is paused, your workspace shows the reason and lets you appeal.
