Does the person see that their comment was hidden?

No. A hidden comment still shows for the person who wrote it, so they are not tempted to post it again. Everyone else no longer sees it.

Can I undo a hidden comment?

Yes. Hidden comments are listed in Comment protection and you can show any of them again with one click.

Does it work on Facebook?

Instagram works today. Hiding comments on a Facebook Page needs a Meta permission that is still in review, so Facebook rules will act once Meta approves it.

Does it use AI to judge comments?

No. It matches phrases, profanity lists, contact details, links and the words you add. Nothing is sent to an AI model, and the same comment always gets the same result.

Will it hide my own replies or my partners?

Not if they are on your trusted list. Add your own accounts and partners there once and their comments are never touched.

Spam under your posts, hidden in seconds not tomorrow.

Fake prize links, competitors dropping their phone numbers and insults land under your best posts at night. ChatinFlow reads every new comment, hides the ones that break your rules, and leaves real questions for your replies.

In short

How does comment moderation work in ChatinFlow?

Turn on Comment protection and choose a rule for each kind of comment: scam phrases, profanity, phone numbers and emails, links, and words you add yourself. Each rule hides, deletes or only notifies your team. Accounts you trust are never touched. A hidden comment stays visible to the person who wrote it, so nobody is provoked into writing it again, and you can show it again with one click.

Use caseComment moderation

Acts by: Hiding, deleting or only alerting, per rule
Catches: Scam phrases, profanity, contact details, links and your own words
Leaves alone: Accounts on your trusted list, and every comment you allow

Is your feed a target for spam?

A good fit

Accounts whose posts attract scam links, insults or competitor numbers
Brands running giveaways and launches that draw comment spam
Teams that cannot watch comments overnight

Not the right tool

Facebook Pages before Meta approves the hiding permission
Judging tone or sarcasm: rules match words, not meaning
